This policy explains how Symbiote Fitness Ltd uses cookies and similar browser storage on its websites and applications. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, service-worker caches, and device identifiers. They can remember a session, preferences, or security state.
At initial launch we use only technologies needed to provide and secure the service, including:
These technologies are necessary for the service you request and cannot all be disabled through a consent control. You can clear them in your browser, but parts of the service may stop working or sign you out.
We do not enable third-party advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural advertising, analytics cookies, or session replay at initial launch. Sentry error and performance diagnostics are not enabled for initial launch. Session replay is disabled. We use AWS for operational logging and monitoring. If error monitoring is changed to introduce non-essential tracking, we will assess consent requirements and update this policy before enabling that change.
Because initial launch uses only strictly necessary technologies, a non-essential cookie banner is not shown. If we introduce analytics, advertising, or another non-essential technology, we will obtain consent before setting it where required and provide a way to change that choice.
Browser controls can block or delete cookies and site data. There is no universally accepted Do Not Track standard; we do not use initial-launch data for cross-site advertising.
We will update this policy when our technologies change. Questions can be sent to support@symbiotefitness.com.
