Coach Referral Pilot Terms

1. The offer

This limited pilot is offered by Symbiote Fitness Ltd to eligible referring coaches. For each approved referral of a new, distinct and genuine coaching business, the referring coach receives one USD20 credit toward a future Symbiote platform invoice, subject to the requirements below.

This is a one-sided invoice-credit offer, not an affiliate commission. There is no cash payment, payout, ongoing or recurring commission, signup discount or extra usage. The invited coach receives no referral reward. Client coaching charges and payments to coaches are separate from Symbiote platform billing and do not qualify for this offer.

2. Attribution at signup

The new coach must explicitly submit the inviting coach's valid referral code when creating their account. A referral link prefills the optional code field; the new coach can change or remove it before submitting. No referral tracking cookie or browser fingerprint is used.

Attribution is fixed at account creation. An existing account cannot be reassigned or retrospectively referred. Sharing a link, entering a code or signing up does not guarantee eligibility or reserve a reward place.

3. Qualifying payments and businesses

The referred business must have paid at least USD100 in verified net real, live payments to Symbiote for the platform, have at least 30 paying days from its original paid date, and still have an active subscription when reviewed. Both businesses and their billing bindings must remain eligible and active. Founders manually verify the original paid date, current subscription status and payment evidence.

Refunds, disputes, taxes and credits are excluded from the USD100 threshold. Gross invoice totals alone do not prove qualifying net payments. Sandbox or test payments never qualify.

QA and test accounts, self-referrals, referrals within the same coaching business, duplicate businesses and other non-genuine referrals are excluded. Account creation or a different email address does not by itself prove a distinct business.

4. Ten live reward places

The pilot has ten live approvals globally, with a maximum combined reserved and awarded face value of USD200. Places are allocated only when a founder completes review and the server successfully reserves a place, not at signup or when the payment threshold is first reached. A referral may remain pending or be declined if no place is available.

Pending and reserved outcomes are not confirmation that a credit has been issued. A reserved place is not automatically released or recycled, including when payment or credit evidence is uncertain. Such cases require founder reconciliation.

5. Required manual founder workflow

A founder must manually verify that the businesses are genuine and distinct, both remain active, and the net live platform-payment and paying-day requirements are met. The founder records payment evidence, original paid date, review notes and explicit business and payment attestations before reserving a place. The server also checks both current active paid subscriptions and distinct Stripe customer and Connect business IDs. Those checks do not establish actual net cash: refunds, disputes and net payments remain founder-verified. This is manual review, not a promise of automated cash verification or fraud detection.

Immediately before issuing the reserved reward, the founder must recheck refunds and disputes. The founder then manually issues a USD20 customer invoice-balance credit in the live Stripe Dashboard to the exact customer shown for the reservation, with the exact supplied referral description. The app does not create provider credits, charges, refunds or payouts for this pilot.

The founder records the existing credit transaction ID in the admin review. Provider read-only verification must confirm the customer, live mode, USD currency, -2000-cent amount, creation after reservation and exact referral description before the credit is recorded as earned. Duplicate submissions or reuse of a credit transaction do not create another reward. If the outcome is uncertain, the founder must reconcile the reserved place and existing transaction rather than issue another credit.

6. Credit use and sandbox rehearsal

An approved and recorded USD20 credit applies to future Symbiote platform invoices, not to client coaching invoices, cash withdrawals or extra usage. It does not change license prices, capacity, included allowances, funding rules or existing subscription agreements. The pilot does not alter any valid existing promotion.

While payment mode is sandbox, referral attribution may be rehearsed but no live reward place can be reserved and no earned credit can be recorded. Sandbox participation does not itself establish eligibility for a live reward or authorise live activation.

7. Outcomes and contact

The referring coach sees their own invitation and anonymized referral outcomes. Another coach's name, email address, profile and payment evidence are not shared in that view. Authorised founders may inspect referral details and evidence for review and reconciliation.
