No automatic usage charges. AI pauses at your allowance unless you explicitly purchase a one-time top-up. Top-ups do not renew automatically.
Optional one-time top-ups: 50 AI responses for $12.50 or 10 photo analyses for $5.00. Unused credits expire after 90 days and require active funded access.
Each funded license includes 150 pooled AI responses per billing period and four photo analyses per client. Food scans have a separate allowance of 90 per client per calendar month, with no scan overage charges. Manual food logging remains available.
Automatic seat growth is on by default. Completed client checkouts, including trials, add a $20/month license when needed. The remaining part of the month is prorated and added to your next invoice alongside the coming month, with no immediate charge. You can turn this off in Billing; existing checkout reservations are still honoured. Usage top-ups are never automatic. Manual additions show their immediate prorated charge before confirmation. Reductions apply at renewal and turn off automatic growth.

No. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices, allowances and granted promotions. Your billing settings show your own contract.
Your clients pay your connected Stripe account at the price you choose. Stripe deducts payment-processing fees from your client payments. Symbiote covers Stripe platform and subscription-management fees billed to Symbiote within its license price; no separate Symbiote processing surcharge or revenue commission is added. Other Stripe services you enable may have their own fees. Refunds, disputes, and applicable taxes still apply.
